Medium Rare Steak with Salad

STEAK                                     90 grams

SALAD:

LETTUCE                                 60 grams measured, then rinse

TOMATO                                 60 grams baby tomatoes cut in half

AVACADO                                50 grams sliced

GOAT CHEESE                        2 tbs. sprinkled over lettuce

BASIL                                       a dash

ROSEMARY                             a dash

OREGANO                               a dash

Measure 60 grams of lettuce, cut tomato and avocado and sprinkle over lettuce. Measure 2 tablespoons goat cheese and sprinkle over the salad. Cut up the steak and lay on top of the salad. Mix two tablespoons olive oil with one tablespoon apple cider vinegar along with a sprinkle of basil, rosemary & oregano. Blend and then drizzle over the salad and meat.
