Feta Cheese, Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar
VEGGIES
CUCUMBER 4 oz Cucumber fresh peeled and diced
RED ONION 1 oz Red Onion fresh and diced
PEPPER 1 oz Red, Green, Yellow or Orange Bell diced
TOMATO 1 oz Tomato diced
LETTUCE 1 oz Baby Green lettuce cut up
PARSLEY 10 sprigs of Parsley cut off tops and cut up
Add to salad after prepared
PEPPERONCINI 3 Pepperoncini to garnish bowl
SALAD DRESSING
FETA CHEESE 2 tablespoons of Feta Cheese
OLIVE OIL 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
VINEGAR 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
PROTEIN
2 oz chicken, beef, turkey or lamb cubed
Rinse and cut up the Cucumber, Red Onion, Pepper, Tomato, Lettuce, Parsley, blend in a bowl add the Pepperoncinis set aside. Whip together the Feta Cheese, Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar pour over the salad. Sprinkle protein choice over the salad and enjoy.
